How do I book a trek?
You can book a trek through our website, call us directly, or visit our office in Manali. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation policies. Full refund for cancellations 15+ days before trek date, 50% refund for 7-14 days, and 25% refund for 3-6 days.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes, we provide all technical equipment including tents, sleeping bags, and safety gear. Personal items like trekking shoes and clothing need to be arranged by trekkers.
Are your guides certified?
All our guides are certified by recognized mountaineering institutes and have extensive experience in Himalayan treks with first aid training.
